Lead-Crystal Battery Has Passes 75°C Cycle Reliability Test
Release time:2025-12-01    Hits:

Following its successful passage of a series of extreme safety tests, Lead-Crystal Battery from Zhejiang EGE Battery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has achieved another significant breakthrough in high-temperature performance. Lead-Crystal Battery successfully passed a stringent 75°C high-temperature cycle reliability test on November 11, 2025, further demonstrating its exceptional ability to maintain stable and reliable operation even in extreme heat environments.

This high-temperature cycle reliability test was designed to verify the battery's endurance and performance consistency under sustained high-temperature operating conditions. Conducted in a constant-temperature chamber at 75°C ± 2°C, the test involved three representative models of the Lead-Crystal Battery: 6-CNFJ-22, 6-CNFJ-24, and 6-CNFJ-35. Samples complete high-temperature charge-discharge cycles. Each cycle consisted of a constant-current discharge at a specified rate down to the cut-off voltage, immediately followed by a 16-hour constant-voltage charge, all maintained within the same high-temperature environment. This rigorous procedure closely simulates extreme conditions of long-term, repeated use in hot climates or within enclosed high-temperature spaces.

Temperature is a critical factor affecting battery life and reliability.Conventional batteries often face challenges such as accelerated performance degradation, shortened lifespan, and increased safety risks under high temperatures. The successful completion of this 75°C, 10-cycle reliability test for Lead-Crystal Battery signifies that its exclusive electrolyte formulation and structural design can effectively counteract the negative impacts of heat. This is not only a successful validation of product's ultimate performance but also provides solid data support and confidence for our batteries to enter global high-temperature markets and serve demanding applications such as backup power for telecommunications base stations and solar energy storage in tropical regions."

Leveraging its unique technological principles, the Lead-Crystal Battery demonstrates remarkable advantages in wide-temperature adaptability. Upon completion of the test, all battery samples showed intact appearance and structure with no abnormalities such as swelling or leakage, and their performance data met all standards, confirming a successful validation.
